WHAT'S INCLUDED

Marriage License and Certificate

Let us assist you with the legal work.  We will apply for the marriage license on your behalf and organize the delivery of your marriage certificate following the wedding.  All you need to do is complete a form for us then pick up the prepared and prepaid license in Banff when you arrive.  The license and certificate provided within this package are legally recognized throughout the world.  

Marriage Commissioner

Have one of our friendly non-denominational marriage commissioners officiate your wedding ceremony.

Scenic Ceremony

Say "I do" in a picturesque location with lake and/or mountain views.

Ceremony Music

Create a ceremony playlist and we will stream it through our professional portable sound system.

Flowers

Walk down the aisle with a beautiful seasonal floral bridal bouquet in the design of your choosing and a matching boutonniere for the groom.  We have also included a bouquet and boutonniere for a maid of honour and best man.  Extra flowers can be added on request.

Bridal Beauty

Look and feel your best on your wedding day with hair and makeup styling provided by your own team of local professionals, who will get you ready in your hotel room.  We have included these services for the bride and one other member of your group.  Extra services can be added on request.

Professional Photography

Capture the day with a three hour photography package provided by a talented local photographer. This time will cover the ceremony, group and family photos as well as bride and groom portraits in the picturesque mountain landscape.

Honeymoon Accommodations

Enjoy two nights of luxury in a cozy king room at your choice of one of our preferred local hotels.

Private or Semi-private Reception Space

Gather after the ceremony for dinner, drinks and dancing in your own private or semi-private space at one of the Canadian Rocky Mountains incredible venues. Choose your venue in Canmore, Banff and the surrounding area, each offering its own unique atmosphere and aesthetic with exceptional cuisine and friendly professional service.

Food & Beverage Credit

Savour fine food and drinks during your wedding reception.  Choose food and drink options from curated group menus that are sure to impress your guests.  Use the food and beverage credit included in this package to cover dinner, welcome drinks or a wine service and a cash bar.  You can add to this credit at any time to upgrade to a host bar and/or add menu items during cocktail hour or late night snacks.  

Décor Credit

Design your perfect day with an $850 décor credit that can be used for ceremony or reception decor of your choosing.  We love bringing each couple’s unique vision to life and creating a cohesive, beautiful atmosphere from ceremony to reception.

Our décor collection includes a variety of rental items, from ceremony arches, pillars, and aisle runners to candles, vases, and tabletop accents for the reception.

If your vision calls for something beyond our existing décor collection, we are happy to source additional pieces and specialty items to ensure every detail reflects your style and brings your vision to life.

We also offer custom stationery and signage, including welcome signs, seating charts, place cards, and menus, designed to complement your wedding style and aesthetic.

Wedding Cake

Treat yourself and your guests to a delicious cake in the flavour and design of your choosing, perfectly portioned to feed your group.

Planning and Day of Coordination

Complete booking, planning and organization of the items included in this package, provided by the experienced and professional team at Something New Wedding.  Your planner will be present at the ceremony on the wedding day to organize guests and vendors and orchestrate the processional.
