What's Included:
Marriage License
We will help you file your marriage license application and make payment on your behalf. All you will have to do is pick up the license at the Banff Registry the day before the wedding.
Marriage Commissioner
A friendly local professional of your choosing will attend your ceremony to officiate the nuptials.
Flowers
A beautiful Bridal Bouquet and matching Grooms Boutonniere will be arranged in the seasonal flowers and colours of your choosing.
Bridal Styling
We will have you looking your best with bridal hair and makeup styling. For your convenience this service will take place in your hotel room with a mobile stylist. You will be provided a choice between a list of our most preferred local professionals. Extra styling services can be added for $140 per hair and $140 per makeup service.
Professional Photography
3 hours of photography will be provided by a talented local wedding photographer. You will be able to select the photographer of your choosing from a list of our most preferred local professionals. Your photographer will shoot the ceremony followed by bride and groom portraits in a second outdoor mountain location. Extra hours of photography can be added for $500 per hour.
Scenic Ceremony
An intimate outdoor ceremony set amongst the stunning back drop of the Rocky Mountains. Breathtaking locations available in Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise and Emerald Lake.
Ceremony Music
We will serenade you down the aisle with a suitable playlist or a playlist of your own choosing, streaming from a portable speaker system.
Dinner Reservation
We will reserve a quiet table for you and your guests at one of our fine local restaurants. Fully and partially private rooms are available upon request (some with and some without additional fees). The cost of dinner is not included in this package.
Complete Planning & Day of Coordinating
Provided by the team at Something New Banff-not only will we take care of all the bookings and details but we will also attend the ceremony to give you support on the wedding day. We will be there to organize the vendors and guests and to cue the procession and play the ceremony music. You don’t have to think about anything but the two of you and the amazing journey you are about to take together.

3 hours of photography will be sufficient time to shoot the ceremony followed by family photos and bride and groom portraits at a second and third location.
Ceremony Music
A portable music system will be provided so all you have to bring is an ipod with your chosen procession songs.
Scenic Outdoor Ceremony
An intimate ceremony to be held at one of the Rocky Mountain’s most breathtaking outdoor locations in Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise or Emerald Lake. All necessary permits will be obtained on your behalf and white ceremony chairs will be provided where permitted.
Indoor Ceremony Backup
An indoor space will be booked and available for your ceremony should the weather not cooperate.
Decor
This package includes a $550 credit to put toward ceremony and/or reception decor of your choosing.
Private Reception
A private reception space will be reserved for your group to enjoy an intimate dinner.
Food & Beverage
A food & beverage credit has been included in this package sufficient enough for a 3 course dinner or buffet dinner (of your choosing) and a wine service or signature cocktail as well as a cash bar setup.
Cake
A single tier wedding cake in your choice of flavour and design will be provided by a local shop.
Accommodations
Luxurious accommodation at one of our favourite hotels will be provided for the bride and groom for the night before the wedding as well as the wedding night. This allows you to avoid the stress of travelling on the wedding day, leaving you more time to be pampered and enjoy.
Complete Planning & Day of Coordinating
Something New will organize and plan every detail of your wedding day. You will have unlimited phone and email correspondance with your planner without additional costs. All planning fees have been included as part of this package.
